In below mcq the word "later" is used ..then why it is not implied ratification?.....but answer given is implied authority..plz explain.
In this MCQ, the word 'later' only signifies about an event of depositing cash. Don't take the meaning verbatim. Here, given the circumstances / ordinary case of dealing, it can be fairly assumed that Mr. C (A's brother) had authority of selling goods and accept payments on A's behalf. So, it would be a case of Implied authority.
