We think are you are trying to play an offline video, and the keys of it have expired. Please delete the downloaded video and download it again or steam directly. It will work. The issue is happening because you downloaded the video before extending the course, and the expiry of the downloaded video was the old attempt expiry.

Please upgrade your app to latest version 1.19 and you will see the delete option next to the downloaded message
