Sumita ShahI wanna say that can event A + event B = their commmon part
P(Aâ?ªB) is the probability of happening of the event A or B. P(Aâ?ªB) = P(A) + P(B) - P(Aâ?©B) where A and B are not mutually exclusive But, P(Aâ?ªB) = P(A) + P(B) is possible when A and B are mutually exclusive because in that case P(Aâ?©B) = 0.
