Problem regarding playing video

Sir suddenly video has stopped and started loading continously...it is loading from past 20 minutes.. .even I tried many times..I logged out and logged in but it's remains same....help me

Please try the below steps: 1. In the screenshot your shared, click on the red button on the top right, update the chrome 2. Clear cache by following below steps: Open Chrome Browser Click on 3 dots on the top right Select Settings Select Privacy Select "Clear browsing data" Go to Advanced tab Select Time range as "All time" Select option "Cached images and files" Let us know if the issue still exists. Alternately you can continue watching on 1FIN app itself

I updated and cleared cache and history but no change in it...
