Min Appli Money is Companies Act - 5% of nominal value SEBI Regulations - 25% of Issue price Companies Act is applicable on all Co. registered under Co. Act SEBI regulations are applicable on only listed Co. Accordingly, For listed Co. 25% is min appli Amount. For Other Co, its 5%.
