Regarding Certificate of service

Hello sir Sir I got recently converted from CA ipcc to CA intermediate.I have passed my CA inter Group 1 in old syllabus.Now for group 2 I converted.I came from CPT route.. IAM in the last 6 months of my articleship... I have to write CA inter ( new)group 2 Whether I should submit any declaration of service???? Am not from direct entry scheme Please answer to my question as am confused..

You are not required to submit certificate of service. Pls tick appropriate eligibility criteria.
