There is a replacement of 60 days to 120 days and 182 days for checking the residential status, in both cases applicable for Indian Citizens and Indian Origin.?

Sir, Person goes outside India for employment purposes and as a crew in Indian Ship -Applicable for Indian Citizen & Person of Indian Origin?

Only to indian citizen
