Herein , PQR company buuble size is large but it's less on Y -axis . So, in this case what to prioritise first ? Is PQR having high or lower reputation as compared to GHI ?

Best Answer

Lower reputation but wide range of products. The company has chosen to have more variety or products but reputation is not very high as compared to others. For e.g. Apple has less product range but has more reuptation.

This looks like BCG matrix and PQR looks like less reputation and more products
