Difference between centralized control and democratic control?

Central control - managers make all of the decisions in the workplace. top-down communication to the employees. Employee ideas and contributions are not encouraged or considered necessary Democratic control - managers take decisions with the input of the employees but being responsible for making the final decision. There are many variations of this style of management including consultative, participative, and collaborative styles.

sir, during the growth stage of market we need a re investment(that means investing the profits earned) back in to the business. but, what is the requirement of reinvestment during the market was in maturity stage while the player was in the dominant position.
