Company can issue sweat equity shares only after one year has been elapsed from the commencement of business as per sec 54

Data Limited can issue sweat equity shares after folowing the conditions specified in section 54. There is no condition specified in the section for minimum time limit of years. It's just few months old doesn't make any difference.
