Is partner by estoppel and partner by holding out same ???and if it's not same then what is the difference between them???

There's not a lot of difference between both. A partner by estoppel is a person who represents himself to be a partner by his conduct or behavior. A partner by holding out is a person who allows others to represent him as a partner and does not deny when someone else represents him as a partner.
