In 2nd point as in attachment Special notice is required to pass To stand for directorship by a person other than retiring director 14 days notice is required under section 169(1) But in the Video recording as taught by mam it is To Expressly providing that retiring auditor shall not be reappointed under section 140(4) Which is correct one?

Special notice is required for 1. Appointment of auditor other than retiring auditor under section 140 2. Expressly providing that retiring auditor shall not be reappointed under section 140 3. Removing director before expiry of his term of office under section 169 4. Appointing director in place of director removed before his term under section 169 5. Other resolutions as per AoA Accordingly, "to stand for directorship by person other than retiring director u/s 160" shall not be covered by this provision.
