Sir I'm registering for articleship, I filed 102 and principal approved then I submitted....can anyone explain to me about the process after submission and please tell me how many days it took to approval by the icai regional office??? And what to do with 102 downloaded pdf

Hey, can we revise ADT 3 form which has been filed with wrong resignation date of auditor. How to correct this case ?

Yes — ADT-3 once filed cannot be revised or amended on the MCA portal. So if the auditor’s resignation date is wrongly mentioned, it has to be corrected through an alternative compliance route. 1. File a fresh ADT-3 with correct details a. File another ADT-3 mentioning the correct resignation date b. In the “Reasons for resignation” / “Other remarks” section, clearly mention: “This ADT-3 is being filed to correct the resignation date inadvertently mentioned in earlier ADT-3 SRN ______ dated ______.” This is the most commonly accepted practical solution. 2. Attach a clarification letter a. Prepare a clarification letter on auditor’s letterhead b. Mention: 1. Wrong date filed earlier 2. Correct resignation date 3. Reference to earlier SRN c. Attach this letter in the optional attachment of the fresh ADT-3 3. Inform ROC via ticket (Optional but advisable) a. Raise a ticket on MCA Helpdesk / CRC explaining: 1. Earlier ADT-3 filed with error 2. Fresh ADT-3 filed for correction b. Keep the acknowledgment for records

Sir,I started ca inter in 2011 now converted to new course in 2023..ca inter validity in total in new course is now 10 years only itself.itmeans it will be counted from 2011 or from converted year 2023. I am now eligible to ca inter exams
